Hi, I'm Adam.
I am a strategic production executive and producer with more than 20 years of experience building, leading, and optimizing production for global agencies and brands.
I take pride in—and genuinely enjoy—building, mentoring, and inspiring teams of producers, creatives, and production partners. Throughout my career, I’ve led multidisciplinary production teams and overseen the execution of integrated marketing campaigns for some of the world’s most recognized brands, including Google, Budweiser, PlayStation, Samsung, Volkswagen, Under Armour, Hershey’s, Unilever, and Estée Lauder. My work has spanned North America, Europe, Latin America, and Asia, requiring close collaboration with global stakeholders, regional teams, and best-in-class creative and production partners.
Having worked extensively on both the agency and production company sides of the industry, I bring a unique perspective on how to build and optimize production, manage internal resources, and identify, negotiate, and motivate the right partners for any creative challenge. I continue to cultivate a deep network of world-class production talent, vendors, and specialists across a wide range of disciplines, technologies, and budget levels.
I am passionate about storytelling, innovation, and the evolving production landscape. While I maintain a strong foundation in traditional production craft, I am equally energized by emerging technologies and new ways of creating content.
From a creative standpoint, my goal on every project is to elevate the idea beyond what exists on paper. I will champion the vision of creatives, support bold thinking, and inspire teams to push concepts further than their original conception.
I am not simply interested in getting work made—I take a personal stake in making the work exceptional. Projects I have produced have been recognized by Cannes Lions, D&AD, AICP, Ciclope, and The One Show, including a Cannes Lions Grand Prix for Film Craft.
At my core, I am a creative problem solver and team leader who believes that with the right team, thoughtful planning, and a commitment to excellence, anything is possible.
